Dental insurance is different from medical insurance. Your dental benefits are based on the agreement your employer negotiated with your insurance carrier. The patient payment portion covered for procedures varies depending on the coverage provided by your employer.

As a courtesy to our patients we will help file your claim electronically. We will provide an estimate of your benefits based on the information your insurance provider supplies. This is only an estimate and all benefits quoted are not a guarantee of what the insurance company will actually pay. Following the receipt of an EOB (estimate of benefits) that is sent after treatment is completed, we can then calculate the exact costs. If the amount paid by the insurance company is less than or greater than the estimate then you will be billed the difference or issued a credit in the event of an overpayment. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
