All charges for treatment will be outlined, discussed and approved by you prior to beginning any treatment. For your convenience we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover as well as personal checks. Payment is due at the first visit. We do not bill for services rendered. If you have any questions please contact us. Many times a simple phone call will clear up any misunderstandings.

In the event your insurance company denies payment for part or all of a service already rendered you are responsible for that fee which is due within 30 days from the receipt of the insurance settlement.
